  5. Once the oven has reached an appropriate temperature, place the avocado soft side down onto the cookie cooling rack allowing the excess olive oil to drip into the cookie sheet. And TURN OFF OVEN!
  6. After about five to ten minutes, take the avocados out of the oven with tongs to avoid burning yourself. Place onto a plate and scoop the crab salad and place where the seed is missing. Serve hot and enjoy!
