Use tongs to pick up the pieces of coated cauliflower and place them into the hot oil. (It will bubble and spatter so stand back).

  1. Mix everything together. Add water to create the desired consistency. Leave to sit for an hour
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite sized pieces and toss in the batter. Leave to absorb for another hour.
  3. Fry at 200C until golden brown (about 5 mins). Taste a piece and add salt if required.

Remove and place into flour mixture and toss (or shake baggie) to coat well. Use tongs to pick up the pieces of coated cauliflower and place them into the hot oil. (It will bubble and spatter so stand back). A southern-fried treat using Cauliflower instead of chicken, and air-frying to eliminate the oil. Same great taste, only a whole lot healthier.
