  15. Prepare Macaron-style onigiri (white)
  16. Get 120 grams Hot cooked white rice
  17. Take 1 dash Salt
  18. Get 2 grams ※Bonito flakes
  19. Get 1 dash ※Soy sauce
  20. Prepare 2 sheets of 15 cm square Plastic wrap (for shaping)
  21. Take 2 sheets of 12 cm square Plastic wrap (for serving)

Remove rice from heat; stir in gochujang and turmeric until rice is uniformly orange. Dip hands in water and rub salt over hands. Take a handful of warm rice and form it into a ball. Gently squish ball; with your hands in an "L" or "C" shape, apply gentle pressure to the sides to make a triangle shape.
