- Take Fried Sallah beef meat
- Take Scotch bonnet
- Prepare Onions
- Make ready Seasoning

- Add water in a pot then add the beef meat followed by Chopped 1 Medium size onion and put them on fire until all the water has dried.

- Wash and rinse the Onions and Scotch bonnet and put them in a mortar and crush them very well with a pistle
- Add the garlic in the mortar and crush followed by the seasonings white pepper and a pinch of salt also until they're soft
- Then add the meat and crush all together. Make sure you Crush the meat with the pistle very well
- Add some little oil in a frying pan and put it on fire and then add the meat and continue stirring the meat until your desired consistency is achieved
- Note :Dont leave the meat on fire even for a minute.Continue stirring the meat until you're done
