- Once all of the flour has mixed in, form into one ball with your hands.
- Divide the dough into half. Roll into 20 cm sticks.
- Tip: Use cardboard cores from plastic wrap to form the dough.
- Chill for about an hour in the freezer.
- Sprinkle granulated sugar on the frozen dough. Slice 1 cm thick.
- Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven 320F/160C.
- It's very soft just after baking. It will be crispy chilled.
