  1. Make ready warm water
  2. Take active dry yeast
  3. Take honey
  4. Prepare eggs
  5. Get vegetable oil

  1. In large bowl sprinkle yeast over warm water.
  2. Let sit 5 minutes
  3. Add honey, eggs, oil and salt, beat to combine
  4. Add flour 1 cup at a time beating after each addition.
  5. As dough becomes stiff transfer onto a floured surface, and knead. continue adding flour until dough is elastic and no longer sticky
  6. Cover with damp cloth and let rise for 1 1/2 hours, or until dough has doubled in bulk.
  7. Punch down dough and tranfer to floured surface, kneading in flour if sticky
  8. Divide in half, and then each half into thirds.
  9. Roll each section into long snakes and braid
  10. Cover with egg wash and bake at 375° for 40 minutes
