  19. Get tapioca flour
  20. Get rice flour
  21. Prepare himalayan salt
  22. Make ready xylitol/sugar
  23. Make ready white pepper
  24. Prepare coriander powder
  25. Prepare garlic powder
  26. Make ready water (used little by little to thick consistency)

Combine nutritional yeast, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a resealable plastic bag. Add tofu pieces in batches and gently shake until coated. You can also use fried tofu in any vegetable stir-fry, fried rice, vegetarian curry or noodle dish, or just as a crispy-crunchy snack or main dish. Toss fried tofu into vegetarian soups and salads for extra protein and a bit of crunchy texture.

Instructions to make Fried stuffed tofu (Vegetarian):
  1. Prepare all the inggredient ready. Heat the wok and oil, in theil blended one, fry till fragrant. Add the carrots and pour the water. let the carrot soft and add the rest of the vegetables. stir well and add sugar, salt, pepper. when all soft, taste it and turn it off. Let it cooled down.
  2. Cut the fried tofu with scissors, only enough to open (dont cut all the way). open with your hand, and put the stuffing. do this to all the tofu.
  3. Now mix all the batter inggredients, but used water little by little, till you have similar to below consistency.
  4. Prepare wok/pan with lots of oil. We need to deep fried this. Put 1 tofu into the batter, making sure all covered. put into oil with the open side in bottom. Try not to turn till the other side is bit brown, then turn the other side. do this till both side looks crispy.
  5. This is yummy to eat on its own, or with peanut sauce (see recipe in my cookpad), or just with thai red chillies (if you can handle it :p)
