- Prepare AP flour
- Make ready salt
- Prepare active yeast
- Take eggs

- Put the flour in a basin. Add the salt and yeast on opposite sides of the basin and mix it in the flour. Then add the eggs, honey, oil and water(bit by bit)
- Mix it until it forms a sticky ball. Flour your surface and knead for 15 minutes making sure it’s soft and sort of shiny. Lightly Oil the dough ball and put it in the basin. Cover it with cling film and then cover the basin with a cloth. Let it rest for an hour
- Then, knead it lightly and divide it in half. Thereafter part one half 5 times, and make think ropes all of the same size.
- To braid it, you’ll take Rope 1 over Rope 2 under Rope 3 over 4 and under 5 and repeat alternating sides. Then tuck the ends beneath the loaf. Brush the tops with the eggwash and then bake at 375degreesF for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 325 for 15-20 minutes.
- To know if ready, know the loaf, if it sounds hollow then it is 😊 let it cool and serve with peanut butter/ make French toast the next day. Enjoy!
