- Divide between bowls or plates and top with chopped coriander.
Once potatoes have cooled slightly add to the bowl with the mayonnaise mixture. Stir in celery, green onions, pimentos, and bacon. Check for seasoning and add more salt if desired. Set burner to high and bring water to a boil. Add lemon and salt to cooking water.
