  3. For Rice,Heat a pressure cooker or instant pot and add oil or ghee. - To this, add cumin seeds, bay leaf, star anise, cardamom, and cloves. - Add rice, water and salt to this mixture. Close and pressure cook. - Take off and serve with a gravy of your choice!
