These really are the very best homemade muesli bars. soft & chewy with just the right amount of crunch! Just add your favourite dried fruit and/or nuts. Then the honey, tahini and coconut oil are melted together to bind the dry ingredients. The nuts and dried fruit are optional.

Steps to make Honey muesli bars:
  1. Keep aside all the above-mentioned ingredients….now add butter in a pan…further add,chopped almonds,sugar free or sugar powder,and honey

  3. Now after 2 minutes..add a spoon choco chips and stir it so that the chips starts melting…as melted chips help in to form some stickiness in the mixture…off the flame..and move this whole mixture immediately into the butter greased mould…(You must add butter paper in the mould as this process won't let the mixture to get stick in the buttom)
  4. Gently spread the mixture all over the mould and then with the help of spatula…press it little hard so that the mixture just combine and stick easily…after that cover your mould with aluminium foil…cover it well so that no air will pass…you may cover it with a plate too..but aluminium foil works well…keep it it freezer for 1 hour…then move this to freeze(refrigerator) for 1 and 1/2 hour..
  5. After 2 and 1/2 hour peel away aluminium foil…remove block of muesli from the mould
  6. Peel the butter paper and cut it into equal bars shape…. Note:::store bars in air tight container upto 1 week…for the softest bars keep at room temperature…for the slightly harder bars..store in the fridge

Then the honey, tahini and coconut oil are melted together to bind the dry ingredients. The nuts and dried fruit are optional. All the ingredients for these muesli bars are bound together by a mixture of butter, honey, and a little brown sugar. In this particular recipe, we use raw pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, unsweetened dried or desiccated coconut, unsweetened dried cranberries, and sesame and flax seeds, but you can tailor the add-ins to suit your personal taste. These bars aren't fancy - maple syrup or honey to sweeten, nut or seed butter to bind, a little salt, a little vanilla, cinnamon if you're in the spiced mood - but what makes them fun is the endless variations you can easily make by switching up the variety of muesli you use.
