  11. Cancel saute. Close and lock the lid of the pressure cooker. Turn the steam valve to "Sealed". Select "Pressure Cook"and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  12. When the 10 minutes is up, let the pressure come down naturally. Open the pressure cooker. If the cooked curry has too much gravy, press "Saute" and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes or until you get the desired consistency. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
