  5. Press in greased 8 inch spring form pan
  6. Bake at 300°F for 10 minutes
  7. FOR THE FILLING
  8. Melt chocolate chips and butter, set aside
  9. Blend sour cream ,milk, vanilla, eggs, creamcheese, and Splenda until smooth
  10. Stir in chocolate mixture and nuts until blended
  11. Pour over crust
  12. Bake at 300°F for 45 minutes or until center is almost set.
  13. Turn off oven
  14. Leave cheesecake in oven for 1 hour, remove
  15. Let cool for 4 hours
  16. Serve and enjoy

Increase heat to medium and bring to a full-rolling boil being careful not to mistake escaping air bubbles for boiling. When most of the chocolate has melted just continue to stir until smooth. If fudge is soupy, halve the milk (to ¼ cup).
