- Combine topping, mix until crumbly. Sprinkle on filling. Bake for another 20 minutes.
Add in flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt to above mixture and mixing well. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add wet ingredients-oil, pumpkin, and eggs-beating eggs one at a time into the dry mixture. Combine flour, oats and brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
