Hit SAUTE on your instant pot then, once it reads hot, add in oil and onion. Hit CANCEL on the instant pot, then pour in orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Scrape up any brown bits so you don't get a "burn" notice. Season the chicken and then sear on both sides in the Instant Pot, using the saute function. Remove to a plate and set aside.
