  3. Press remaining crumb mixture into bottom of prepared pan. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven. Set aside.
  4. Chop apples. Toss apples with remaining 1/4 cup coconut sugar. Spread apples over baked crust. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over filling.
  5. Bake until apples are tender, about 35 minutes. Remove pan to cool.
  6. For glaze, combine powdered sugar & milk in small bowl until well blended & smooth. Drizzle glaze over the apple Streusel. Cut into bars.

Press remaining mixture in bottom of pan. In another medium bowl whisk together oil, eggs and vanilla; stir in apples. Place cookie mix in large bowl. With pastry blender or fork, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly and coarse. To prepare apple filling, combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon.
