  4. Cool for 30 minutes at room temperature and 2 hours in the fridge. Dust with confectioner sugar and cut into bars.

Pour lemon mixture evenly over hot, partially baked crust. Let cool completely before cutting into bars. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if desired, when the bars are done.
