- Prepare As required water
- Prepare Sauce:
- Make ready 1 cup mayonnaise
- Prepare 4 tblsp tomato ketchup
- Get 2 tblsp chilli garlic sauce
- Take 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Make ready 1/2 tsp kuti laal mirch
- Make ready 1 pinch salt
- Make ready 1/4 cup water
- Prepare Bhaagar;
- Make ready 7-8 green chillies
- Make ready 4-5 garlic cloves
- Get 3 tblsp Oil
Steps to make Singaporean Riceππ:
- Rice preparation: Boil rice in a pateeli add all the ingredients mentioned under the rice category and set aside.
- Spaghetti/Noodles: In a saucepan boil water and add salt and oil in it.Now add spaghetti/Noodles and boil it until done. Set aside.
- Chicken gravy preparation: In a pan heat oil, add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute. Now add chicken and fry until half cooked.
- Meanwhile cut all the vegetables in cubes. After half done add onions, tomatoes, capsicum cook for 5 more minutes.
- Now add spring onions and cabbage and give it a mix. Now add white pepper, black pepper, red chilli powder, tomato ketchup, chilli garlic sauce.
- Mix it and add soya sauce and hot sauce. Now add salt and add some water for gravy. Now let it Cook until chicken done completely.
- Mix corn flour in water and add in the gravy and check the consistency you want. (It is not necessary to add all the corn flour mixture). Add it as per your desired consistency of gravy.
- Sauce Preparation: In a bowl add all the ingredients of sauce and mix it well.
- Assembling: In a serving dish first spread a layer of rice.
- Secondly add a layer of spaghetti. Thirdly add layer of chicken gravy. Now add sauce on top.
- Bhaagar: In a pan heat oil and saute garlic cloves and green chillies and give a bhaagar on top of layered rice.
