  6. Wipe off excess oil from Fillets with a paper towel well. Put in all sauce ingredients, and move the frying pan over the heat until the sauce covers the Sweet Potato and Lotus.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray. Thoroughly wash and dry sweet potatoes. Rub the skin with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sweet potato fries are also tasty, but don't eat them often.
