- Bring the butter to room temperature. Place it in a mixer bowl and whisk it until you have a creamy butter. Add the sugar and whip them until mixed well and lightens in colour. Keep stirring and, add small amount of beaten egg at a time. Then add vanilla extract and keep mixing.
