Simply crush one deseeded red chilli and a clove of garlic in a pestle and mortar and then stir in lime juice, sugar, white miso paste and water. My favorite part of eating spring rolls or summer rolls is having a variety of dipping sauces I can dip them into.

- In a bowl, sieve flour and rub in the oil. Add water and mix until an elastic dough is formed. Transfer to a flat surface and knead into a ball. Put it back to the bowl and cover to rest.
- Form dough into small balls. Flatten a ball and drizzle oil and flour. Flatten another ball and match them up. I merged 5 balls into one. And rolled it into larger circles
- After rolling the circles. Put into a pan with little oil and toss both sides for some seconds. Remove a layer after each turns. Yours pastry wrappers a ready.
