  3. Mix well and then add water, hoisin sauce, dark soya sauce and lastly brown sugar. Once well combined add the slurry and keep mixing with spatula/spoon till thickens. Add beef and mix
  4. Add green part of spring onion in last and give a last mix. Sprinkle sesame seeds
