  6. For icebox cookies, after Step 4, cut the dough into 4 mm slices and bake in a 355°F/180°C oven for 13-15 minutes.
  7. Done! Shape them into any shape you prefer.

Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls, and place onto ungreased cookie sheets. Drop the cookie batter by rounded teaspoons onto the prepared baking sheets. Dip a fork or the bottom of a glass in water and use to press the cookies down to flatten them. Perfect for cookie parties where you want to make something slightly different.
