  8. Chill for about an hour in the freezer.
  9. Sprinkle granulated sugar on the frozen dough. Slice 1 cm thick.
  10. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven 320F/160C.
  11. It's very soft just after baking. It will be crispy chilled.
