  8. Give it a good toss and add salt. Fry at high heat for 2 mins.the dish is ready serve with garlic bread !
  9. The trick is steam(not boil!) everything and fry for very less time to retain the colours!

Once the sausages are brown remove from the pan and set aside. In the same pan add the sliced onion and peppers, stir and leave to cook for a couple of minutes. Then add the garlic crushed with a garlic crusher or finely chopped. Stir and add the sugarsnap and stir again. Heat oil in a large skillet, lightly brown sausage.
