- Remove the phyllo sheets from the package and cut down the center then cut again putting it on top of each other | Cutting it into 3 inch vertical strip
- Brush the phyllo with melted butter | Spoon out a tablespoon of mixture to the bottom | Grab 2-3 pieces of the left corner of the phyllo dough and begin to fold into a triangle shap
- Brush tops of traingle spinach pie with melted butter | Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

- Optional - You could skip Step #3 & #4 completely and just brush a mini muffin pan with butter and drop in pre-made phyllo cups and fill with mixture.
