- Add tomato paste, chicken stock and reserved meat. Cook until sauce is formed
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 hours.
- Cook pasta according to package then toss with olive oil
- Just before serving add butter and heavy cream to sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix sauce and pasta then garnish with basil
