  2. place biscuits on ungreased cookie sheet. horizontally slice 90% through biscuits & set aside.
  3. cook ground chicken (options: turkey, beef, pork)
  4. add cream of chicken & water together in a small bowl & stir together until smooth. set aside. add mushrooms & onions to ground chicken. cook 5 additional minutes then add cream of chicken/water mixture. make sure mixture isn't watery by adding cream of chicken/water mixture in chicken in small increments. it should be consistency close to stuffing & not runny.
  5. add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in pan. add potatoes and season to taste. cook well to a crisp so they're not mushy
  6. cook 1/2 of sausage link. cut into small pieces. set aside in bowl.
  7. mix amounts of potatoes & ground chicken to your liking
  8. add: 1 tablespoon of ground chicken inside each biscuit….1 teaspoon of potatoes in each…. 1 teaspoon of cheese in each.
  9. as you add all of the ingredients in each biscuit, lightly pull top part of biscuit half over the ingredients, making sure to carefully stretch out the dough with your fingers to ensure all of the ingredients in the middle are covered with the dough. press edges together with fingers or fork. place in oven at 350° for 20-25 mins depending on oven variations. *all measurements are approx. remove from oven, sprinkle top with cheese combo or leave plain. let cool for 5 mins.
