Roll the pizza dough into a smooth ball on the countertop. Place into a stainless steel or glass bowl. Preheat pizza stone (or pizza pan or baking sheet): Place a pizza stone on a rack in the lower third of your oven. If you don't have a pizza stone, you can use a pizza pan or a thick baking sheet; you need something that will not warp at high temperatures.

  1. To make pizza dough,mix flour with yeast,salt,sugar, oil and water to make a dough.
  2. Knead the dough to make a stiff dough until it is smooth and no longer sticky. Place in a bowl,cover and let it rise/ double in size in a warm place for 20 mins.
  3. For the pizza sauce, heat 1/4 tsp of oil, add finely chopped onions and garlic in a pan. Add tomato paste/purée, ketchup, salt, sugar and seasoning.Add water if it’s too thick.
  4. After the dough has risen, sprinkle flour on a clean surface and roll the dough out not too thick or too thin and place on a pizza pan. Make dents with fork.
  5. Spread pizza sauce on the rolled out dough, add a layer of cheese, and arrange your mushroom,sausage, green pepper, chicken and onions. Then spread more cheese on the toppings. Sprinkle oregano and parsley for garnish.
  6. Place in an oven and bake for 15-20 mins.
